Since 2016, the focus of DTI has been on empowering kingdom leaders to take their place in both the church and the marketplace. We firmly believe that the Lord is staffing the ranks of His offices with competent, credible, reliable, and efficient leaders from every walk of life. It is our great joy to be able to partner with Heaven and equip the Lords leaders for their specific assignments. The faculty of DTI stand at the ready to both challenge and empower leaders like you to become great thinkers who can intelligently impact the world for our Lord Jesus Christ. We stand with you as you prepare to take this great Gospel to the nations. Destiny Theological Institute is a fully accredited institution through Southeastern Global Accrediting Commission.
Dr. Dwayne Waterford

Dr. Dwayne Waterford has a strong and extensive background in ministerial administration and education. His primary scope in ministry, is the education and alignment of the Ecclesia. To this end, He has founded Destiny Theological Institute focused on equipping scholarly, competent, and empowered Kingdom leaders for ministry and marketplace governance, DTI has now fused in conjunction and alignment with C2C Equipping Institute. Dr. Waterford has also founded ‘Ignite the Fire,’ a ministry that aims to keep the fire of passion for the things of God alive. And he has founded ‘Raise the Standard’ a ministry that seeks to engage, impact, and empower leaders at all levels to govern with nonsense and execute in excellence. His unique wisdom challenges people to raise the standard in every sphere of their life. It is His passion and focus to be a catalyst of change in assisting believers to shift from old paradigms of thinking to becoming more mature and fortified in their faith.
Born in Chicago, educated in Alabama, Dr. Dwayne Waterford now resides in Fayetteville, NC with His wife and four sons.
